Our Founder

Shannon Robnett

Shannon Robnett has been building in the larger Boise market since 1993 and has completed several projects as both the developer and as the General Contractor. His projects range from Multifamily apartments, police and fire stations, churches, office buildings, and industrial flex and warehouse space. Shannon’s focus is on both design-build and ground-up development projects. He has developed numerous subdivisions and his ground-up development of Multifamily and Industrial projects are valued at over $75,000,000 in the last three years alone. Shannon is developing and building just over 400 multifamily units in Idaho this year. Shannon has financed his projects with private investors, institutional investors, family offices/wealth managers and just recently through the syndication LP model.
